Ingredients: 

• Orange and Spearmint pure essential oils.
• Size: 10ml-0.34 fl oz

Do not use products if pregnant, breast feeding, or if sensitive to any of the ingredients. Avoid skin, eyes and polished surfaces. If contact should occur, rinse well with water.

Mix with carrier oil for massage up to 5% or add 3 drops to a hot bath. Always dilute. Use in oil burner or vaporisers.
