Returns Policy

We hope you are happy with your Psychic Sisters purchase. Please read the following information carefully before returning an item.

Change-of-Mind Returns

For most items purchased online, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to tell us that you wish to cancel or return it.

After notifying us, you then have a further 14 days to return the item.

To request a return, please email leeryan@psychicsisters.co.uk and include:

• Your full name
• Your order number
• The item you wish to return
• The reason for the return

You do not need to provide a reason when exercising your statutory right to cancel, but this information may help us improve our products and service.

Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must be unused, unopened where applicable, and in their original packaging. Please include your invoice or packing slip with the return.

You may inspect an item in the same way that you would in a shop. However, if an item has been handled more than necessary and its value has been reduced, we may make an appropriate deduction from the refund.

We do not automatically deduct a fixed percentage from returned items. Any deduction will reflect the actual reduction in the item’s value.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns for sealed personal-care, beauty or hygiene products once the seal has been broken.

Other items may also be excluded from change-of-mind returns where permitted by law, including personalised or made-to-order products.

These exclusions do not apply where an item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly described or otherwise does not meet your statutory rights.

Mystery Boxes

The contents of our mystery boxes are selected by Psychic Sisters and individual items cannot be exchanged because a customer would have preferred different products.

However, this does not remove any cancellation or return rights that apply under UK consumer law. Where a mystery box qualifies for a change-of-mind return, the complete box and all of its contents must be returned unused and in their original condition.

Your statutory rights still apply if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

Return Postage

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items unless the product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described.

We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service, such as Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Royal Mail Tracked 48. Please retain your proof of postage until your return has been completed.

Psychic Sisters cannot accept responsibility for returned parcels that are lost or damaged before reaching us.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will email you to confirm whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or receiving satisfactory evidence that the goods have been sent back.

Where a complete order is cancelled under your statutory cancellation rights, we will refund the original standard delivery charge. If you selected a more expensive delivery service, we are not required to refund the additional cost above our standard delivery option.

Return postage for unwanted items is not refundable.

Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described, please email leeryan@psychicsisters.co.uk as soon as possible. Include your order number, a description of the problem and clear photographs where appropriate.

We will review the issue and arrange a suitable remedy in accordance with your statutory rights. This may include a replacement, repair, price reduction or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Please do not return a faulty or incorrectly supplied item before contacting us, as we may need to provide return instructions.

Failed Deliveries and Unclaimed Parcels

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, email address and telephone number when placing an order.

If a parcel is returned to us following failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery or because the address or contact information supplied was incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you once it has been received.

Where appropriate, we can arrange redelivery after the additional postage charge has been paid.

Alternatively, we may refund the cost of the returned products, less any delivery or return charges that we are legally entitled to deduct. This does not affect your rights where the delivery failure was caused by us or our delivery provider.

Incorrect Delivery Address

Please check your delivery information carefully before completing your order.

Contact us immediately if you notice an error. We will try to amend the address before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has been processed.

Psychic Sisters cannot be held responsible where an order is delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer. Replacement orders will not be sent free of charge in these circumstances.

Orders That Have Not Arrived

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please email leeryan@psychicsisters.co.uk and include:

• Your order number
• Your full name
• The delivery postcode
• The date the order was placed, if known

Please contact us promptly so that we can investigate the delivery with the carrier.

Carrier investigations can take additional time to complete. We will update you once further information is available.

How to Package Your Return

Please package returned items securely to prevent damage during transit.

Include your invoice or packing slip and a note containing:

• Your name
• Your order number
• The reason for the return
