Never leave an incense unattended! Place out of reach of children.

Light the incense stick and then carefully blow out the flame. This will leave the glowing embers to smoulder and release fragrance. Start to relax then repeat the affirmation ten times in your mind. Burn the stick for a minimum of 10 minutes. The sticks can be carefully extinguished and then re-lit should you require.
