Add 5–8 drops to an ultrasonic diffuser on your bedside table or a ceramic burner in the bathroom as you get ready for bed. The scent is intentionally soft so it won’t overpower your space or linens.

Hand-blended in small batches using premium fragrance oils with essential-oil inspired notes, this calming blend is a simple cue your body learns to recognise as “sleep mode.”

Do not use products if pregnant, breast feeding, or if sensitive to any of the ingredients. Avoid skin, eyes and polished surfaces. If contact should occur, rinse well with water. Ingredients:  
Chamomile and lavender pure essential oils.
Size: 10ml-0.34 fl oz

Mix with carrier oil for massage up to 5% or add 3 drops to a hot bath. Always dilute. Use in oil burner or vaporisers.
