RITUAL

Light the incense stick and then carefully blow out the flame. This will leave the glowing embers to smoulder and release fragrance. Start to relax then repeat. Burn the stick for a minimum of 10 minutes. The sticks can be carefully extinguished and then re-lit should you require.
