HOW TO USE

1, Start at the forehead, apply gentle pressure & begin rolling using upward & outward movements.

2, Move to cheeks & jawline, finishing on the neck areas.

3, After 2 minutes of rolling, either remove excess product or rub the remaining onto the skin.

4, Clean carefully with mild soap, handle with care as the crystals are fragile.

For extra cooling, relaxation & inflammation reduction, place the roller into the refrigerator for a minimum of 30 minutes before use.
