Psychic Sisters has the rights to cancel or change your appointment outside our 24 hours cancellation policy should we feel we need to to do so. A full refund will be given.

Our consultant readers work on a self-employed, sub-contracted basis. Readers are all tested beforehand  and we believe them to be the best readers available to us at the time they are contracted to us. We do not assume and hereby disclaim any liability, loss or damages caused by any information, suggestion or advice provided, of whatever nature.

The Services provided on our site include one-to-one and telephone readings, teaching workshops? You must be over 17 to use these services and when calling for a telephone reading you must be the bill payer or have the bill payer’s permission.

Readings

To achieve best results from a personal reading or telephone reading with either Jayne Wallace &/or her team, we would recommend you read through our Terms & Conditions prior to the reading. We want you to enjoy the experience of your reading with Psychic Sisters, however, if you are unhappy or not satisfied with your reading within the first 10 minutes please tell the Reader that you are not happy, We will offer you a full refund immediately and your credit card booking fee will be refunded within 7 days of your appointment.

If you are on medication or abusing drugs or alcohol or suffering from mental illness, your mental and emotional clarity could also affect the clarity of the reading and in such circumstances we do not recommend that you have a reading. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Whilst all readings are given in good faith some information may represent an opinion or judgement. We cannot guarantee the accuracy of the information given during the reading or from information within Our Site. Under current English Law we are obliged to advise you that all readings are carried out for entertainment and experimental purposes only.

Whilst reference may be made during a reading to a medical condition, Jayne Wallace & Psychic Sisters, Jayne Wallace or any affiliates do not provide medical advice, counselling or other professional services or advice and shall not be held liable or responsible to any person or entity for any loss or damage caused, or alleged to have been caused, directly or indirectly, by or from any guidance given during a reading, on Our Site or in any related publications.
